Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) is Pakistan’s premier defence production organization operating under the Ministry of Defence Production. Established in 1971, HIT has evolved into a state-of-the-art military industrial complex specializing in the design, manufacture, rebuild, overhaul, and upgrade of armored fighting vehicles, tanks, armored personnel carriers, artillery systems, security vehicles, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
